Book an appointment online at a time that is convenient for you. 

After booking, if you seek a preferred time other than the slot you have booked, please fill out this form to see if we have a last-minute cancellation. We will contact you when a slot opens up. Remember that we can only move existing appointments.   

We promise to provide you with excellent service and answer all your questions, consistent with our reputation as a Google 5-star rated business.

Our rate card

There will be a fee for this appointment. Please visit our Fees section for details.  

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you will pay based on your fee tier and the actual length of the call, prorated to the nearest 5 minutes. We will invoice you at the end of the call. There is no need to prepay. 

All our video calls are on Zoom. Call log-in information is automatically included in the calendar invite. For security, please do not share this with anyone else. Feel free to join from multiple devices - there is no need for family members to crowd around a single device!
